Net calories..

So I've input all the calories I'm having today (meals and snacks only, I'm sure 2 or 3 cuppas will be added) and the exercise I'm doing. Leaves net calories of 558! Is that bad, should I eat more.. but then what if I don't feel hungry?!

Eat more.. Your net calories should be your daily calorie goal.
When you exercise and add it you will have more calories to eat for the day as the weight loss deficit is already built in.0 -
True, but if my exercise for a day (lets say 3 times a week) is 400 cals burnt, am I meant to have 400 cals extra on those 3 days? That's like a whole new meal !0
