Guys, what do you think is better: eat an yogurt and a banana or blend both to a smoothie?
Nutritional value is identic, but what makes you feel full longer?

I find eating separately and stretching out the eating time keeps me feeling full longer.0

If you eat it at the same time, it doesn't matter. But you could eat the yoghurt first and then the banana later, to keep you full longer.0
