Ok I am new at all this and thought I was doing good by cutting out sugar and using other low-cal sweetners. now I see this video that says all those sweetners are bad and turn to sugar in the body anyway. so what can I use because I cannot drink my tea unsweet!! lol. help a southern boy out.
