I have been running the past few days and have seen some improvements but my legs are really sore and can't find the energy to get my butt on the track this morning. Someone please help!

Why would anyone run to McDonalds? Just buy some MSG and pour it on some silicon and plastic and eat that. Save yourself $50

Have you done a lot of running before this week? Maybe take a rest day. A pt who trained me for a marathon said it takes about two weeks for your body to "learn" running improvements - including rest time, so I'd have a stretch or maybe a swim day and you won't lose anything you've gained thus far.
edited to add... that's if you're sore, and not just got a case of the CBAs.. I find it hard to tell the difference sometimes :laugh:0 -
It was simple a metaphor.0
