The three primary macros would be your fat/carb/protein. I do 45% carbs, 20% fat and 35% protein... everyone is probably different on that. I'm not sure.
PB2 is a powdered peanut butter. You mix 2 tbsp of powder to 1 tbsp of water. It has 45 calories per serving with nearly 85% less fat calories....1.5g fat.
