Can you do strength training/lift weights at home and get good results. my finances won't stretch to a gym t the moment
Nope the minute you step into a different room it stops working.
Of course you can get good results. And if you can't afford weights you weigh weight, and so do house hold items0 -

I'm a huge fan of You Are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren. It is all body weight exercises and uses the same stuff he trained Spec Ops forces with in the military.0

I have resistance bands and dumb bells but I think I am going to try P90X!0
