The best website I've found for Overnight Oatmeal is www.theyummylife.com She has a whole bunch of different flavor ideas. I've tried several and they are delicious. I just take them out of the refrigerator in the morning and eat. I never thought I'd like cold oatmeal but it is really good.

    Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats
½ Cup of Old Fashion Oats
    ½ Cup Skim Milk
    ½ Sliced Bananas
1 Piece of Dove Milk Chocolate candy (cut up in little pieces)
    2 Tbsp Truvia Sweetener
In a Mason jar, combine all ingredients and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
    Its soooo good.
    Calories per serving: 311

question: is the truvia necessary? and do you mix it up?

I actually used brown sugar instead of truvia myself (bad! :) ) and yes, did mix it up. But I wouldn't think any sweetener is really necessary. If the bananas are ripe, they will add some sweetness, so it's really just a matter of taste. :)
