The best website I've found for Overnight Oatmeal is www.theyummylife.com She has a whole bunch of different flavor ideas. I've tried several and they are delicious. I just take them out of the refrigerator in the morning and eat. I never thought I'd like cold oatmeal but it is really good.0

Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats
½ Cup of Old Fashion Oats
½ Cup Skim Milk
½ Sliced Bananas
1 Piece of Dove Milk Chocolate candy (cut up in little pieces)
2 Tbsp Truvia Sweetener
In a Mason jar, combine all ingredients and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Its soooo good.
Calories per serving: 311
question: is the truvia necessary? and do you mix it up?0 -
I make this every night 182 calories plus a splash of coconut milk
fage - 1/2c
bob's redmill oats - 1/4c
liquid stevia
cinnamon
top mine 1/4 blueberries or banana in the morning.
i use an old walden farms jar.0 -

I actually used brown sugar instead of truvia myself (bad! ) and yes, did mix it up. But I wouldn't think any sweetener is really necessary. If the bananas are ripe, they will add some sweetness, so it's really just a matter of taste.0 -
