Small goals?

Hey Y'all! So I'm trying to figure out what a reasonable goal would be for myself. I know a woman never tells her weight but I guess here it would be safe! hahaha I am 5 feet 4 inches and weigh about 139 pounds. Ideally I would like to be at about 123 pounds. Is it do-able? I find that I have a tough time losing weight and cannot seem to EVER get below the 130 mark. I used to be a dancer but quit when I was about 23. I've never had an issue with my weight... Always stayed well below 120 and then in the last 3 years all of a sudden I started packing on the weight. Its so frustrating...maybe its because I'm about to turn 30! hahahaha Advice? Anyone?
