Saw this on Netflix last night and I must say that this is a very interesting documentary to watch. The gist of it is that our consumption of meat and animal products directly correlates with cancer. This is backed up with close to 3 decades of research centered around the largest and most in depth cancer research done in China. I have not verified all the facts in the documentary but from an early research effort this morning it seems to be legit.
It was also interesting that Casein protein taken in large amounts caused an increase in the grown of tumors and cancerous cells.
So all this hype caused me to skip my 12 oz glass of milk with my whey. No I am wondering if whey protein also has this effect.
Any thoughts on this?
