I'm selling my house and making lists of all the **** that needs done. Did I miss anything?

By end of the day on Saturday
Clear out garden: pull squash, pull zuccihni, cage crazy tomato, pull weeds, cut back herbs
Move Easter Lilly
Clear up patio
Sand and spot paint
Finish laundry and hide hampers
Buy: Toy chest for downstairs, bin in which to shove homeless ****
Clean:
Downstairs bathroom
Master bath
Guest bath
Fans
light switches
door knobs
doors
Organize:
master closet
bookshelves
pantry
toy room
B's closet
Coat closet
Goodwill:
**** in car
clothes
Fabreeze the house
Give a go at the garage



Daily to do before leaving the house
Downstairs:
Pick up toys
Wipe out kitchen sink
Put away:
toaster
paper towels
knive
drying rack
dump coffee
wipe down kitchen counters
wipe down table
put cords and cables in drawer
put plants on chest (pending chest purchase)
close toilet lid
empty bathroom trash

Upstairs:
Pick up toys
Make beds (including shams)
hang towels, tri fold
close shower curtain
wipe off counters in both bathrooms and close toilet lids
empty trash
put all toiletries on counters and in shower under sinks
all clothes either in washing maching (dirty) or in drawers (clean)

    remove all personal pictures. You want people to imagine it as your house.

    If you have a toyroom try to make it a real room.

    Clear any clutter you can. I put coffee pots, microwaves, blenders etc in storage.

    I have sold 3 houses, hope it sells fast.

    Thanks, we removed most personal pictures, the ones remaining were okay'd my our realtor.
    We had a guest bedroom and toys all over the house, our realtor agreed that turning this into a toy room was the best option, so all that furniture is now in storage and all the toys have a home.
    He told us to go ahead and leave out the coffee pot, mixer, and microwave, but make sure we put down the toaster oven, knives, and drying rack.
