How bad is it if

I go about 15 over on protine everyday??

  • Not bad at all. Some people adjust their ratios and do that on purpose every day. If you are doing any resistance training it may even be a really good idea.

    The default ratios are based on averages for everyone.

    I wouldn't worry about it. Protein is one of the things that helps your body feel full. The first question my doctor asked when I told her about my calorie limit on MFP was "Are you getting enough protein?"
    I told her yup! I'm usually WAAAAAY over my limit in that department. :)
