Hey I'm Shalene and I'm new here... had a babygirl 2 yrs ago and I need to stop using "Oh I just had a baby as an excuse"!! I am 20lbs over weight and I need help keeping it off as I usually lose weight doing my many different diets... I also have an aversion to exercise!

I'm from Trinidad in the Caribbean and we cook very hearty, lots of butter, oil, shortening etc... help! What are some good tips to losing weight and keeping it off?
