How do you track your exercise when you do 30 Day Shred?

I track all of my food and exercise and to date have only walked so it has been easy. I am planning to start doing Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred and I am curious how other people track this sort of exercise activity.

  • I asked the same thing this morning! (I've just started the 30-day shred) :) The most common answer was to put it down as circuit training, which equates to about 200 calories or so. Hope this helps!! :)

i have read that some people choose to log it as circuit training. i have done that and sometimes i log it in as aerobics-high or low inpact. i don't really know what it would actually be though.
  • I read on-line that it is a 503 calorie burn per hour...therefore a 27:56 min video would equat 230.9 calories

I don't even log my workouts, b/c i don't want to eat back those cals.

I only track so I can have a log of it... I don't eat the calories either! :) Glad to know I am not the only one on that front.

    Thanks everyone for your feedback!
