Want to start Lifting...

Hi there... I am Newbie here... and loving it!!

Right now my workouts are mostly cardio. I want to incorporate weight lifing in to the mix... I am looking for suggestions on what exercises to start with, to build a routine for me...

    I purchased NROLFW, but have yet to read the thing :) But my MFP homies have had great success with that program.

    I'd say starting strength and strong lifts are going to be your best options
