Just like your body decided where it was going to put the fat on, its going to decide where it wants to take the fat off. Its a survival skill your great great great great great grand cave mother passed down to you. You can't spot reduce.
Just keep eating right, lifting weights, and running.0 -
Oh me too! Those two areas are my nemesis!! :mad:0

I know cardio and eating right is the best but what kind of cardio?0

Any, don't forget to lift weights as well.0

I find rollerblading targets bum, thigh, and core areas. And I really enjoy it, so win-win.0

The Kitchen.
Did you just tell her to get in the kitchen? Yikes!
Seriously, though, I'm one pound from my goal weight and weiging less than I did in either HS or college and still rocking the love handles. As mentioned, it's a matter of BF% and where your body prefers to store the reserves. I'll just keep chipping away - probably going to focus more on BF reduction than weight reduction.0 -
Mine didn't start to go away until I started running and spinning. I use to do the elliptical all the time and nothing, but just straight running and a spinning class or two gave fantastic results for me0
