What has worked for you to get rid of them??? Its my biggest area that I need to work on that and my thighs...

    Just like your body decided where it was going to put the fat on, its going to decide where it wants to take the fat off. Its a survival skill your great great great great great grand cave mother passed down to you. You can't spot reduce.

    Just keep eating right, lifting weights, and running.

    I find rollerblading targets bum, thigh, and core areas. And I really enjoy it, so win-win.

    Seriously, though, I'm one pound from my goal weight and weiging less than I did in either HS or college and still rocking the love handles. As mentioned, it's a matter of BF% and where your body prefers to store the reserves. I'll just keep chipping away - probably going to focus more on BF reduction than weight reduction.

    Mine didn't start to go away until I started running and spinning. I use to do the elliptical all the time and nothing, but just straight running and a spinning class or two gave fantastic results for me
