What made you start?

Just curious as to what made everyone here start using MFP and/or eating better and exercising? For me, it was the new office chair I bought for my home computer. When putting it together, I saw that it has a weight limit of 200. When I realized that I could not sit on it with my stepson on my lap, I knew it was time to get serious!

Please share your stories of what motivated you to get in shape!

PS, I am down 36 lbs from that day, 18 more to go!
