pull ups, Can women do them? help needed!

Yes, women can do pull-ups, you just need to practice and work on that strength area. It helps to do lat pull downs at the gym, free weights shoulder press, push ups, rows (body weight rows are a good pulling practice strength builder), negative chin ups and negative pull ups, dips, Also other practice strength training using the pull up bar. Some people find chin ups easier at first (just depends on where your strength is). This is just the stuff I am doing now. Other people probably know more.0
