    Greek yogurt fat free or low fat , fat free cottage cheese , egg beaters, fat free milk almond or soy milk , seafood, beans ,quinoa. Any of these are good choices but if you look on the store you can find all kinds of protein pumped foods from diet and nutrition bars to cereal out there as it seems to be the thing to add to food right now.

    Lentils, beans and pulses.

    Just cooked up half a kilo of green lentils, some julienne carrots, onions, herbs, stock and a couple of bay leaves. Looks frightful, tastes divine. Most of it's going in the freezer. Defrost in the fridge, reheat in the oven for 25 minutes on a medium heat, might as well do some fish wrapped in foil at the same time, some green veg in a pan, and voila, TV dinner!

    Thank you everyone these are great food choices...I love Greek Yogurt. Never thought of some of the other suggestions, they are so obvious now. Thanks again!

    cottage cheese is a complete protien. It's even yummier mixed with diet jell-o or greek yogurt.
