So i took before and after pics to show how i did in 50days. and just as i suspected i didn't look any better.

before 123 lbs

after 117lbs

my sodium was up and down days before the before pic along with it being up n down days before the after pic. worse yet i wanted to take the after pic days before i took this one but i still looked big and found this pic to be slimmer than the previous ones.

anyone have any ideas of why this would happen. still drinking my 8-10 cups of water over the course and working out 5-6 days a week. same exercises and same foods.

You haven't told us anything about you. What do your workouts consist of? What are you eating? Your diary is private.

    diary is open now.

& i did walk/run HIIT 30min, my food intake, food choices and water intake was the same in those 50days i didn't do anything differently.

i have been taking up strength training recently but the results of that arent in this pics.

Looks like you're really overdoing it on the sodium, which is coming from all that ham. I would lower your over all calorie consumption, start with a smaller breakfast.

i was told 2 wks ago by like 10 MFP people to stop losing weight and up my calorie consumption. that i didn't need to "lose weight". i just needed to tone to lose the belly. I didn't know how to eat more food so it was easy to just double up on my breakfast to meet my higher calorie goal.

i noticed my sodium does get high, as of today i'll cut off the ham.

Get a measuring tape and track your measurements. A picture isn't going to show you progress all that much, especially when you don't have as much to lose. A picture is also dependent on so many factors - lighting, camera angle, etc. A measuring tape will show you your results better.
