I don't know if this has been mentioned yet. On Monday, November 23rd at 5:00 CST on the tv show The Doctors, they will have Jillian Michaels on talking about how to get through the holidays without eating a ton of calories.

    Jillian and the doctor both had some awesome advice on eating right and some really shocking fatcs about over comsumption during the holidays. I like seeing her on there so much I bought the 30 day shred.
