Strengthening Exercises?

I've been doing mostly cardio, some dancing and zumba lessons but i want to do some strenghtening exercises more than the 20 mins after zumba class. I want to try to do it at least 3 to 4 times a week but i have no idea what to do or how to even start.
Any and all advise/help will be greatly appreciated!

if you Google all over beginners weights programme I'm sure something will come up. be sure to research form though as it's essential you have good.form.... don't want to hurt yourself and you want to get maximum benefits. sure some people will post you some good links. x0
