Strengthening Exercises?

I've been doing mostly cardio, some dancing and zumba lessons but i want to do some strenghtening exercises more than the 20 mins after zumba class. I want to try to do it at least 3 to 4 times a week but i have no idea what to do or how to even start.

Any and all advise/help will be greatly appreciated!
