Hi Everyone,

Just looking for some advice. I just had my first baby May 11th this year. I gained a giant 70lbs with her!! So far I've lost 40lbs going from 190 to 150. I can't seem to break in the 140's. My first goal weight is 120lbs so I still have 30 left to go.
So far I have been keeping my calories at around 1400 a day. I have been working out 1-3 hours a day doing P90X, running and walking to burn calories.
So far I've been losing about 1, sometimes 2 lbs a week. I'm having trouble getting over this hump though so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions?
I log EVERYTHING I eat and I almost never skip a workout. I workout 6-7 days a week.
Please help...
Thanks

Bump your calories to 1600, only do P90X like twice a week and add in one of two lifting sessions. High five - youre on your way to awesomesauce!

Agree with yoovie....bump up your calories! Also your protein is pretty low and not much fresh fruits or veggies. If you add a protein smoothie to your daily intake you can cover all 3 bases (more cals, more protein, serving of fruit).

You body may also benefit from some rest. You're hitting the workouts really hard. Maybe drop a cardio day and add a rest day and a weights only day.

Just a few ideas for you! :flowerforyou:
