I'm Vietnamese female, 39 and 3 kids live in Mississauga, ON (L5N 8N6), Canada...hoping to lose about 30-40lbs pregnancy weight before I hit 40 mark next April.

I'd like to make friends with people who have the same backgrounds to share foods thoughts and motivate each other to lose the weight.
