How do people start off doing this and complete a whole round of it? I seriously get to 15 minutes in and I am dying. Any advice?

  • keep going mate it gets easya im on day 11 and if i can stick to it any 1 can :)

    Day 5 youll find its easier, day 4 is the hardest, get past the hump!

    KEEP ON TRUCKING!!! i have recently heard the phrase: "It doesn't get easier, you just get better" and you will if you keep at it. the soreness will subside and actually when you start a new workout, like on the next levels, the soreness doesn't last as long.

    Thanks guys :) i'm not that heavy just so out of shape I was shocked that I couldn't finish the whole round of level 1. I am on day three today and I am going to finish the second half of level one tonight lol.
