If the food is not listed how do you find out how many calories it contains. I am talking specifically about puff ball mushrooms which is a mushroom that grows wild in the bush. We found one today and I want to have it for supper but not if it's too many calories

I googled calories puffball mushrooms and found this site: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calories.asp?recipe=736546 It's a recipe that includes puffball mushrooms and they say this:
25 calories of Mushrooms, fresh, (112.50 grams)
It sounds like lots of people eat these, I'm a morel hunter, but ONLY eat morels. Enjoy, they are low cal if you don't deep fry them. ;-)0 -
