Im thinking of giving the Tracy Anderson Method ago as i found the DVDs for a good price. Has any one tried any of her stuff before? If so, what do you think? I did a bit of research and she seems to have some crazy diet suggestions (i.e. eating puréed food). Thanks for any advice.

Hi there~
I am currently doing Tracy Anderson's Post Pregnancy DVD - it's amazing!!!! You definitely feel the burn - and I feel my abs, glutes and arms tighten up. My only problem is consistency...one week, I'll be very diligent and work out 4-5 times, the next week, I don't make working out a priority (story of my life!).
I also have her Mat DVD to alternate with the Post Pregnancy one (haven't tried this yet, but the reviews are great!). I haven't tried her dance cardio yet (but I do have a DVD on order ).
Keep me posted on whether or not you purchase her DVD's!!

hi, ive got the tracy anderson 30 day method DVD and book. The strength training and dance cardio are great but the diet as mentioned above, is just crazy. Firstly, you are required to do the strength training/floor exercises and cardio every day for the duration of the 30 day method. This amounts to at least 1.5 hours-2 hours a day so it can be hard finding the time some days. The floor exercises are tough and every ten days they change to new exercises so as you body doesnt get used to doing the same moves over and over. The diet is the toughest part though, minimal calories + combined with the amount of exercise required makes the whole diet really really hard to stick to.I did give it a fair go though. i go to the gym and eat healthy pretty much all the time and i thought i wouldn't find the 30 day method too bad, despite the reviews. Totally wrong, i was hungry and tired for the 2 weeks i managed to stick to it. If you can stick to it...i am convinced you would see results fast. I Lost about 7 lbs the 2 weeks ( which i was struggling to shift in the gym) i stuck to it and definitely noticed my stomach and legs more toned. Great diet if you have already lost weight and are struggling to shift those last few lbs, but requires a whole different level of willpower!!
Would love to know if anyone else has tried it and actually managed to stick to the full diet.0
