Motivation and lunch ideas

So I really want to get back on track. I am going to aim to lose 20lbs by the end of October. My main sticking point is lunch - this doesn't just affect my weight, but also my wallet. I get really uninspired by lunch, and I never plan in advance, and just buy something from pret each day. Sometimes I can be spending up to £10 a day just on lunch.

Lunch is just so uninspiring - I hate lettucey salads, and I'm not a big fan of things like quinoa, and we don't have a microwave at work, so I can't take stuff to heat up.

What are your yummy lunch ideas that might help me get back on track?
