I'm an undergrad student who is taking tons of hours and is also involved in several things on campus.I don't have time to cook big meals during the week! I'm looking for quick, easy suggestions for supper! Evening meals seem to be where I pack on the calories and ruin my day. I'm trying to put an end to that!!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Stir fry! Buy the bags of frozen stir fry vegetables at the grocery store and pair with your choice of chicken, beef, pork, shrimp or whatever protein you have on hand. Brown the protein first, then add the veggies and cook until hot. I add granulated garlic and onion and some soy sauce with the vegetables. You can also add ginger and whatever spices you like. Make some rice on the side or add cooked spaghetti or rice noodles into the stir fry a few minutes before finishing and you have a cheap, quick and tasty meal.0
