Hello Everyone!

My name is Rachel and I am a grad student. I just joined MyFitnessPal.com today! I noticed that I gained more than the "freshman fifteen" when I was a undergrad, so I really want to lose the weight! I decided to give up soda and most junk food. I have been drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day and I am trying to eat as natural as I possibly can. I am looking for some "pals" for motivation. I can also be a motivator as well!
