New Job

I am starting work at Staples, and I am going to be standing for 15 to 20 hours a week.

I will also be walking to and from work which will be an hour of walking total.

Should I change my activity level? Right now it is sedentary.

I do exercise for an hour even though my activity level is sedentary. Which is what it will be on days I don't work.

What should I change it to?
