Turning 30 and having a goal....

Hi all,

My boyfriend is turning 30 in 63 days (25th Oct) and I would love to make me really proud of me by being as close to my goal as possible. I have recently taken my eye off the ball and feel like this would be a great reason to get back on track and lose this weight!

I have never been a big loser and normally would lose 1 - 1/2lb a week when I am sticking to it. I currently weigh 10"11 (151lbs) and think that 10 stone (140lbs) would be a realistic goal.

It will be hard for me as my will power has gone out the window and can't seem to stick to things at the moment, but this is something I want to do and something to focus on will help me.

Are there any tips or advise you guys can give me to stay on track and make this happen??

Advise of foods which could speed things up and curb my need for high sugar / fatty foods?
