Hi everyone:blushing: ,
most of you may not know of me :indifferent: . I've been a member of MFP for about 1 mo. & have learned so many things, made a lot of new friends & most importantly lost some weight :drinker: . With that said, in my profile I mentioned one of my inspirations was to motivate my FH to get healthier with me. We're planning to get married 9/2013 and both could stand to lose some weight . At first, he was losing weight effortlessly, especially after the the loss of his oldest sis (who was obese) and an apendectomy. Now, the weight loss for him has been stagnent:grumble:. We both have made a lot of changes with how much & when we eat but can stand for a few more tweaks . For me, it was trying to eat healthier but no excercise or vice versa:grumble: . Since joining MFP I've been able to accomplish a lil' of both. I'm still a work in progress though but I am seeing results  and so is my FH. He is always complimenting me & letting me know that he can see or feel the changes:noway:. I'm always telling him about what I've learned from the threads I've read or things tried on MFP all the time. Anyway, He started this new job about 1 mo. & still learning  about all of the incentives the job offers. So, last night he tells me about one of his co-worker asked him to joining the gym with him at the job site and he agreed . He could've knocked me over with a feather. I'm soo happy for him:bigsmile:. He just has to get a physical but once he's cleared he'll start next week:drinker:. Thanks to all my hard work and MFP I inspired him to try something else so he could continue on with his weightloss goals as well:bigsmile: .
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone here on MFP for your support. Without you, your stories, tips, goals, etc. I don't know how I would've been able to pull it off. YOU GUY'S & LADIES ROCK!
