Weigh in tomorrow girls!!!

Are we excited i did bad this week taco bell craving but i didnt pack in the food...

Challenge for this week is to do something for yourself...take time to read a book or bubble bath...ect!!

    Lost!!!! Looking foward to see all your post and get on the challenge for this week! I have uped my workout to 5 days a week 50 mins...cardio!! Im excited
