HY! recent studies have shown that goat is the leanest meat you can get and the second leanest is rabbit, then turkey,then fish,then chicken, then beef.

I love me some curry goat, but I prefer it to be accompanied by some rice and peas, a bit of coleslaw, and washed down with a couple glasses of mango juice (the thick kind).0
