Always start out good.. and then downhill it goes

So anytime I start working out/eating healthy I start out like a champ.. and then somewhere along the way I give up or give in to temptation... Anyone else do this???

I just joined MFP this week and Ive been doing a bangin job of tracking my food/exercise so Im hoping this will keep me accountable! I have 100+lbs to lose and HAVE to do this!!!!
