Menstrual Cycle Changing

I've been walking about 13~15 miles a week. My period seems to be fading. Anyone else have this issue? My doctor said not to worry, and we'll check it out in a couple of months. Any thoughts?

Mine has gotten much lighter since working out. I wouldn't worry about it at this point.

I started having mine more often. Every 2 weeks when I was dropping weight. Periods change with activity and weight loss.

Can't see your diary to see how big your deficit is but between what you eat and how much you walk off you are probably not eating enough!

I usually use 693 calories on my long walk, once a week. Then during the week, I use about 270 calories 2x more. I try not to eat up the calories I burned off. For my weight, MFP had me at 2020 calories a day. There are days when I don't exercise, and I don't eat up all my calories.

Mine has changed really bad. I've gone from over 50 days to less than 20 days. But it's never ever the same. It has also gotten heavier and my cramps have gotten worse. I've kept track of it because it's been really annoying. I haven't gone to the dr. I am assuming they would just say it's because of the weight loss.

Wowzers! That's a big change. Thankfully my period started 3 weeks late. It seems way heavier than normal. :/ at least it's back. :) it felt so wrong the last 3 weeks. I never thought I'd say that. :O
