Week 14 - major milestone - lost more than 40 lb!

This was a good week for diet and exercise.

My cold got mostly better, so I was able to go cycling every day. I also continued my resistance training and indoor calisthenics.

And I lost 1.2 kg (2.6 lb) for the week, bringing my total loss after 14 weeks to 18.8 kg (41.4 lb). My major milestone for the week was losing more than 40 lb!
