I have met with my personal trainer twice and have dropped 2 pounds (granted it's water weight, but hey, it counts!). Then today I was running around all day and just stressed. So when I got home I just rushed to the kitchen and made crap for dinner, scarfed it down and had a snack right after. Between being hungry from a day of not getting to eat, to the let down from the stress, I just shoveled food in my mouth without even THINKING about it!!! It's so frustrating.

Tomorrow is a new day. Try to think about what you could do better next time to avoid having the same problem, so next time you have a plan. It's okay - we all have better days and worse days.
