Rice cooked comparted to uncooked
I am lost! I have been trying to figure out the calories for Jasmine rice but I can't figure out how to convert it. If I have 2 oz (57 g) of uncooked rice what would that be in cups once it is cooked? And how would I figure out the calorie content? I have been looking on Google for an hour. I think I am making this way more difficult then it really is. Please help!

If they give you the calories on the package, than I take that to be the calories for the uncooked quantity. (Same with pasta.)
You'll know how many cups it is once you cook it .
For a start, it's OK to just estimate. You can't be 100% accurate with everything, just try to be honest and log everything that you eat.0 -
