Hi everyone -- I'm looking for ideas on workouts and food
I"m built small but I'm always trying to build more muscle and have more definition. I'm 31 and the older I get the harder it becomes. I'm training to become a personal trainer and always looking for advice that will assist me in providing clients added value beyond education, and will help me to deliver to the client a rewarding experience. And build myself up in the process to be a great role model and show others they can do it too
