Cooking and converting rice
I am lost! I have been trying to figure out the calories for Jasmine rice but I can't figure out how to convert it. If I have 2 oz (57 g) of uncooked rice what would that be in cups once it is cooked? And how would I figure out the calorie content? I have been looking on Google for an hour. I think I am making this way more difficult then it really is. Please help!

Measure it after you cook it, before you eat it. Then enter the amount in cups!0

one serving (1/4 cup or 1.6 oz.) of uncooked jasmine rice is: 160 calories, 0 fat, 36 carbs, and 3 protien. And 2 oz. of uncooked rice is: 202 calories, 0 fat, 45.4 carbs, and 3.8 protien...
if i can't find the food or calories for the food... i check Calorieking.com
