How to Log 30 day shred workouts?

hi all,
I just got the 30 Day Shred and was going to do it on the days I can't make to the gym, but was wondering how do people log the workouts? (or should I bother?)

    Before I had my heart rate monitor, I logged it as Circuit Training.

    I use my HRM and use that number as cardio.

    It's interesting to see the difference between days where I really push myself and days like today where I was under the weather and just trying to make it through.
