I have been on here for a couple of weeks and I have given up on trying to eat as much as the Goal says to eat! Unless I eat high Carb or unhealthy foods, it just isn't happening. So, I bumped up my "lose __ lbs Per Week" to 1.5 and that lowered my calories to 1210 and finally I feel satisfied with how much I'm supposed to be eating. Now the test... Will it work??
