A little trick

I've found that if I focus on the meal AFTER the one I'm about to have I seem to eat less (and not panic that I won't get enough ha ha).
I.E it's lunch time now, but I'm not overly excited because I'm thinking about my awesome dinner so will just get something light. At dinner I will be thinking about the next day's awesome breakfast. It takes the focus off the current meal for me. Don't know if this will help anyone else just thought I'd share
