Slow Cooker users - HELP :)
I have about 10 quarts of Chili sitting in my roaster/crock and it's almost 10:30 pm. It's cooked, and very HOT - I'm guessing with that volume of food, it's going to take 4 hours to cool enough to refrigerate.
would you get up at 2:30 am to put it away, or let it cool all night, or plug it back int to stay warm all night (what do I do in the morning).
I'm not sure which is the best. I think my only option is to set my alarm for 1:30 or so, get up, and put it away then try to go back to bed.
Advice please?
