This is a weight watchers recipe I found--it curbs my craving for chocolate

put 1 envelope powdered chocolate milk (I use the fat free sugar free) with 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple (in its own juice no sugar added). mix well...put in aluminum foil and freeze. I make a lot in advance and have 1 or 2 a day as a snack. Counts as 1 milk and 1 fruit---calories depending on the type of choclate used is about 75
