Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not sure... probably not
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for a 3 mile walk, washed the dog, did yardwork, etc...
What would I have done differently? Track my calories and stay away from the sweets
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories... not sure if I'll have time to get to the gym today.

No, although I didn't go over on sodium which pleasantly surprised me.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No, didn't exercise.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Logged all my calories, even though I wasn't being careful.
What would I have done differently?
Not gone over my calories. Not worth it.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate right with my hubby.
What would I have done differently? Gotten up Sunday morning and did some kind of exercise! However, I did do some major house cleaning Saturday so my back was feeling bad.

I spent some quality time with my son.

I should have tracked all my food and exercised.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Put up my Christams tree, completed my workout goal for the day
What would I have done differently? As of right now... nothing. I drink nothing but water, I do not eat sweets & i've cut my portions down... I also have been tracking everything everyday. So far its really paying off & I do not want to stear off this track
What is today's personal goals? Stay under or at my calories for the day... complete my full workout goal for the day (hopefully Hayden alows it :laugh: )0 -

Worked out for 90 minutes at the Y ... last 30 were really hard, but I did it!

less food for dinner last night, didn't feel good afterwards
