So I went shopping today and I bought a shirt that was 2 sizes smaller thank i usually wear. usually wear 18/20. today i bought 14/16. I am thrilled. It motivates me to keep doing what I am doing. I have roughly 79 pounds to go. I am psyched. Thank you all for your support and encouragement it is truely motivating.
