Hello my fitness pals
My name is Santosh. I currently live in Springville, Utah. I had kept trying to convince myself to get into better shape, but no argument seemed to work. I've been wanting to slim down a bit so that I could get new tats and they wouldn't look stupid amongst the fat rolls. About a month ago, I went to a tattoo convention and saw a lot of great work. It made me hungry for new ink, so I got focused again. Now I'm on a mission to slim down to 162 from my current weight of 211. I'll get tats along the way, but ultimately I want to be able to strip down and and shamelessly show off my inked and more fit body.
Anyway, I hope I get a chance to converse with some of you. Learn your successful methods and share some of mine. I would also like to become friends with others in Utah near me...that'd be great. I work out at 24 hour fitness, so perhaps that's one thing we could have in common.

Hey whats happening man
The main thing to remember is that PERSISTENCE will be your friend. You might fall, you might succeed, but you HAVE to be persistence. No matter good days or bad. Just keep logging here, entering your food and logging your workouts and you will get there. Might be slow but it will be faster than you will ever get there if you just sat on the couch.
