Ok so not to long ago i saw an awesome pin on high protein pancakes. However, the pancake was an egg. Or at least an egg base. Anyone has any ideas or recipes of their own?

I found one on Pinterest that IS SO GOOD~
1 6 oz. container of Greek yogurt (flavored or plain)
1/2 scant cup of flour (I now make oat flour)
1 tsp baking soda
2 packets of Stevia
1 egg
Mix the egg and the yogurt together, combine dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. spray a pan with cooking spray. It makes about 4 pancakes.0 -
I use the 'just add water' pancake mix (1/3 cup of mix is a serving, I believe), add 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice. Add water to right consistency, cook like normal. Top with whatever you want! If I use vanilla protein powder, I like to mix in some cinnamon, then top with warmed applesauce and a touch more cinnamon. Tastes like warm apple pie! Or I've mixed in blueberries before for yummy blueberry pancakes. I usually top those with just a tiny bit of butter. If I use chocolate powder, I like to top with some natural pb, or, as an extra special treat, I'll use Nutella. *nom nom nom*0
